Full shipping & return policies

Shipping & returns for Australian Accommodation Supplies which is referred to as AAS in the following.


Overseas orders

Please note that we DO NOT accept overseas orders.



For the return of goods wrongly ordered and have not been opened AAS will provide a store credit if goods are returned within 7 days.
The cost of returning goods will be at the purchasers’ expense.

AAS will replace items that AAS sent incorrectly.
AAS will not refund or replace a product which has been misused, mishandled or wrongly installed. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to follow the manufacturer’s instructions advice and warnings.

AAS disclaims all warranties and is not liable for a product or service. Warranties are guided by the supplier’s warranty policies, AAS will work with customers and suppliers.



Under normal circumstances, your order will be shipped within 2 days from receipt of payment in full. Orders are usually sent by courier and on occasion by Australia Post.
Orders cannot be altered or cancelled once goods have been despatched.
Some orders may take a day or two longer than stated due to being out of stock or not available from the manufacturer. If an item is “out of stock” you will be notified and you can choose to cancel the order under these circumstances.


Shipping and Handling Fees

Freight is calculated at the checkout.

Please make sure there is someone available to collect your order and sign for it. If there is no one there at the time of delivery a calling card may be left and you may be required to pick your order up from the nominated location or arrange a new time for delivery.

Please also note the shipping carrier may charge extra for this service.

We do not COD goods.

Large orders and bulky items are unable to be delivered to Post Office (PO) Box numbers.

Any claim for shortages in supply or damaged goods you must notify AAS within 48 hours of receiving the goods; claims after this period will not be processed.
